Well, what a day! Saturday June 28th marked our first year of library service on Camano Island, and we had a great book sale & bake sale to celebrate. Thanks to the Camano Island Library Friends for their hard work, and thanks to the South End String Band, Bill Testerman our balloon artist, and the Camano Fire Truck for the entertainment! Oh, and thanks to the Camano Island community for being so supportive of their little library -- we're 1/3 of the way through our pilot project.
